Blink: He frequently blinks into the middle of the raid. Tanks must quickly taunt him back.
Arcane Explosion: Huge AoE damage after he blinks. Ranged/Healers must move away immediately.
Magic Dampening: He buffs himself to reduce magic damage taken; Mages must use Spellsteal or Priests must Dispel.
